A mild drama occurred Tuesday evening at Ighagbomi street of Ughelli as a man simply known as Frank sneaked his lover through window as wife knocks entrance door.
General gossip was informed that the husband of two wives has the penchant of bringing his lover to the second wife home while she went to Ughelli market where she conducts her business.
However, luck almost ran against him yesterday when the wife and five kids returned earlier than usual.
In a bid to avoid the shame, Frank hurriedly carried his lover through the back window for her escape but ran into a neighbour.
The neighbour screamed was what alerted others but by the time people came, the woman had escaped through a back street holding her wrapper and bra in hand as she kami-kaze away.
Our reporter gathered that Frank put up a bold face and refused to comment on the shameful act.
