Police detectives attached to Obantoko Division in Ogun State have arrested one Alhaji Shakiru Alimi, popularly known as Okanlomo, for allegedly beating the wife of a policeman, identified as Bukola Balogun, comatose.
State Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, said Okanlomo and his “boys” descended on the woman, who sells cement, when she requested for the money of a bag of cement the suspect purchased about two weeks.
He said: “Ogun State Commissioner of Police, Abdulmajid Ali, has directed that the suspect and his so-called boys be charged to court.
